Registration for BuddyPress

Hi, I am trying to use your Home-Register demo page http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/home-register/ for my registration landing page http://girlsgo.us/home-register/ . I am not sure how / what to use to add the fields on your demo version.

I am using Paid Memberships Pro for member management.

I just found BuddyPress Member Type Generator after I bought http://www.buddyboss.com/product/buddypress-member-types/ and would be grateful if you could guide me what works best for creating unique profile fields. I can find no comparisons online.

I want to collect basic first name, last name, username, email,  password on initial login and then collect member type/interest info after they are members.

1. Can you please tell me how you created your login box/Facebook login on Home Register?
2. Can I use that page for my registration and then send logged in members to fill out more BuddyPress fields?
3. Do you have a recommendation as to which bp member type plugin works best with Kleo and a custom profile experience?
4. Can you tell me how to reduce the space between the featured icons so I can fit the page in one screen?
