Hello. I have had this problem with my site for weeks now. Sarah has tried to help, but nothing worked. Last week, she promised to move the ticket up to advanced support, but up till now, I have not heard anything from 7thQueen. Here are just some of the problems I have (and I have searched the forums and documentation, but I couldn’t find any solutions):
1. The rev. slider is not working. Everything was working find for months after the initial installation of Kleo, then it stopped working and crashed my site. At the time, I had only few plugins installed. I had to deactivate the slider inorder to get my site to start working well again. But I need the slider; please tell me how i can safely re-activate it, without crashing my site.
2. Users can’t add friends (only the admin) can.
3. The members, activity and community pages are all blank. Only the admin. sees the activity, others can’t. How do I change it so that all the users can see it?
4. When I used the activate page option for new members, I got an error message and users were required to enter an activation code. Laura advised me to change that; I did, but now I have lots of spam, eventhough I have a spam plugin. How do I force users to activate their accounts through the email sent to them, without being asked to enter an activation code?
5. I was forced to make the members masonry page because this is the only page that allows users to add friend. The only problem is that the members masonry page doesn’t show all the members.
Kleo is a very nice theme, very well designed, with excellent features. However, I am concerned that I have not be able (so far), to take advantage of the theme’s abilities. Please help. I hope to hear from you soon- I have already waited weeks to solve this problem.

Am I to assume that the 7th queen support team is still working on my questions, or should I just forget about it? This problem is going on about month, and I haven’t been able to receive any help from you guys. This is certainly not the reputation of 7th queen that I heard about.
Is this problem too hard to solve, or am I being ignored? Please keep in mind that my site is a live site.
