    hello~

I am a beginner for your theme.

I set the install following ‘https://archived.seventhqueen.com/video-tutorials/kleo-quick-install-and-setup.html’

Everything works well except the slider of main page.

    Please check it.

    Thank you for your reply.

The server port 44373 is for SSL.

Hosting company allocate that port for SSL

SSL should be set in commercial site in Korean Gaverment.

Is there any method using 44373port?

And there was no problem former version Slider Revolution whcih I used in another theme.

    Hi,

The issue comes directly from the Revolution Slider plugin and it’s something that it can’t be fixed by us. We have contacted them and we’re waiting for a reply from them and we’ll announce you as soon as we get back from them.

    I’m sorry for any inconvenience.
    Cheers

When do they update? in a 2~3day or month?

I can’t use this theme until then.

Just black area in main page.

Is is serious problem in SSL mode?
SSL mode is formal function for commercial security in the Korean company.

In this case, if the update doesn’t until next 6 months.
    Your service is over?
Should I buy Support service again for this?

    Is it possible to payback?

There isn’t an issue with SSL mode, the issue is related that you run your site on a custom port, which in revslider case, invalidates the urls and some resources fail to load. If you’ll remove the custom port from your install and just run on normal https address you won’t have any issues.

They release updates constantly and I don’t think this will take months to be fixed, we got a quick reply from them and hope the issue to be resolved quickly too.

I’ll update you once we’ll see this resolved in their plugin.

    Cheers
