RTMedia button not showing

Hi,

Could you please tell me what css I should add to my child theme to make the rtmedia button visualble directly?

The rtmedia-button shows up first after writing some text and then click under the textarea.

Yes it worked when i changed it in the Quick CSS in the Theme Options, but not when I added it in the stylesheet.
