Rtmedia shows members with media however users missing

Somehow my users disappeared, but they are still in my database and rtmedia shows them also. but they are not in my user list. How do I relink them?

Hi,

Strange, do you have install some plugin recently ? If yes this can be a cause for that.

Maybe this will help : go to Wp-admin -> Tools -> Buddypress -> check all options

Count friends for each user
Count groups for each user
Count total members
Repair user “last activity” data

I did install and deactivated. I did the count to no avail. It is still showing the same thing. I’m completely lost.
