Hi –
I updated to Kleo 4.0 this morning.
As described by others in this thread – https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/site-under-internet-explorer – our site is not behaving/displaying correctly in Internet Explorer.
Specifically, the footer appears at the top of the page and we cannot scroll down the page: http://bcnwomensnetwork.com.
I downloaded the Kleo-3.9-fix and changed out the two files as well as cleared the cache.
Still have this problem – footer at the top, no scroll.
What’s next? Will another fix be released today?
Thank you!

February 24, 2016 at 15:30 #106234sharmstrModeratorI apologize, I missed that because you mentioned the 3.9 patch. You shouldn’t have done that since that was for 3.9, not 4.0. Replace the css files with the proper 4.0 files and clear the cache. Once that’s done, let me know and I’ll have a look.

February 24, 2016 at 16:46 #106262BWN_WebParticipantI’ve replaced the files and cleared the cache.
I’m looking at the site on a machine running IE 11 on Windows 10 and it’s not functioning. The user cleared the browser history after I replaced the css files and still see a problem.
By contrast, another user on IE 10 (I don’t know their version of Windows) told me they DO NOT have a problem.
Hope those details help.
Thanks!
February 24, 2016 at 17:06 #106272sharmstrModeratorOkay. I’m on IE 11 and Window 7 and dont see the issue anymore. I’ll assign to a developer to see if they’ve tested IE 11 on Windows 10. Thank you for the additional info.

February 24, 2016 at 18:29 #106316RobertKeymasterHi, after the 4.0 update all ie related issues should be ok. Also I tested your pages on bcnwomensnetwork.com and seems to work ok in edge, ie11 and ie10. I saw that you had already update to the latest version so please let me know if it’s ok now.
Regards,
