    Hi,

    I recently installed Kleo theme and I have the same problem as on this post : here

    With Kleo Child Theme or Kleo Theme, I cannot edit theme options, it’s just blank.
    I have a timeout on my php logs but don’t know in which file or function…

    Hi, try to upload again theme files on your server since it can be a file corrupted.

    Thanks, but this doesn’t solve the problem.
    On my local machine, is ok, but not on server ; maybe a php lib is missing ?

    Could be .. try to set WP_DEBUG to TRUE in wp-config.php and maybe you can see some errors or check the server logs

    Look for Javascript errors on browser console. You could try to re-upload theme files, maybe there is a file corrupted.

    Hello Abe, I have the same issue. Kleo is the newest version and i was already delete the old one and upload the new one as you suggestion above but still have the issue. Please help

    This is a topic from 2014.

    make sure to check server error logs to see what error you get. you might also try to speak at your hosting to increase php memory limit to recommended 128MB

    Hello Abe, Thank you for your reply.I see, this is a topic from 2014 but it’s the same issue. And i have already change php memory limit to 128M (Before this, it’s 30720MB or 30GB) this is Dedicated Server. But still have the issue.Please help

    I am talking about php setting in php.ini about memory_limit, not hard disk quota or something else.

    Please talk to your hosting to ensure is set the right way and to provide you an error log.

    You can set WP_DEBUG to true in wp-config.php to see the errors that occur

    Hello Abe, My php setting in php.ini about memory_limit now i have change from 128M to 2048M And i set WP_DEBUG to true in wp-config.php and set max_execution_time from 300 to 1200. And still have the issue.

    And in backend it’s not display any errors it’s display only blank page when click Theme options.

    If is blank then is an error but it is not being displayed probably. Please give me FTP credentials and also WP admin access to check for you

    I am trying to test but your site is acting really show. Can you please disable some plugins? I see you have two plugins for security. I advice you to try and leave only the plugins that you really need since they affect performance on your site.

    or it could be something about the CDN you are using.. Can you please just disable any extra plugins, caching, CDN to see the cause of this?

    Hello Abe, I have already deactivate every extra plugins except Skt NURCaptcha and Sucuri Security. Because i used to deactivate it and suddenly my site got Hack. And few days ago i have delete every WordPress folder and install Fresh WordPress except wp-content/upload/avatars,rtMedia etc as it have data more than 2 million profiles.

    About Cache
    1.W3 Total Cache, Autoptimize, Redis Cache. I have already Purge or Empty Cache before deactivate.
    2.I have already “Purge Everything” in Cloudflare.com
    2.In Maxcdn.com I don’t do anything because now it’s uncontrol by W3 Total Cache.

    But it still have the issue.

    I am trying to make the Theme options page to open but I can’t. It seems to load really really slow. what hosting do you have? For millions of users in the database you should have a strong server.

    Don’t set the memory like that in php.ini. set it to 256MB if you want to increase it but I don’t think memory_limit directive is to blame here.

    I’ll try again to login and access the page.

    When you access it,how does it react? It is loading for some time and then blank or immediately blank?

    I am sure there should be a log somewhere. I really can’t enter your site… or do anything there. Where is it hosted or what hosting plan do you have?

    make sure you create backups regularly.

    I can’t tell why it is not loading. PLease try on a different environment with no plugins installed other than theme recommended ones
