After purchase, there seems to be 2 options, Download and Install for $50. I downloaded it and got a folder with many files that i do not understand, so, do i have to pay to get this installed? Why i don’t just get a link to click on and installation gets done? Does it have to be this complicated? Should i be an IT specialist to download this?

Following this video you should be able to install the theme.
