I am a new purchaser in SeventhQueen and I have bought the Sweet Date Theme for wordpress.

I would like to know where can i find the document tutorial (i can see the video tutorial)

If you have an order tutorial (starting from – getting started- then install the theme, then …etc) as a document please send it to me via ___

I suggest you to see this tutorial : https://archived.seventhqueen.com/video-tutorials/sweetdate-install-and-setup.html and to look in theme package that you have downloaded from themeforest
Main Files/Documentation/index.html open this file and read the steps.

Hello, at themeforest make sure you click to download “All files”
Then if you open the .zip you will find a documentation folder 🙂

Sir,
First thank you for your reply.

I have one more question.

I installed the sweetdate theme on wordpress on hosting and start building my website but all of a sudden the website has an error andi can not see my website (not only the dating site but all my domains have been shut with the same error…

The error is: Error 500: internal server error.

I called the hostgator my hosting but nothing happened and they said this error might be from thenew theme or some plugins or and or….etc
I did everything they said except unistalling the sweetdate theme but nothing happened…

please help me to solve this problem…

I forget to tell you that sometimes i can open the website but after awhile just like half an hour the problem comes back.

Please use debug function https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

Add to your wp-config.php file these lines

COPY CODE

define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

Repeat the action, and see if is displayed additional error on screen, if not please go to ftp to wp-content folder and look for error.log and post content of error log here.

Should I post the two lines

define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );

in the wp-content/error.log

because i post them in the wp-config but nothing happened..the problem is still there.

Put these lines

COPY CODE

define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

In wp-config.php then repeat the action , look on the screen if some error appears if not check the wp-content/error.log or debug.log
