Unable to Import Buddypress profile fields

I just purchased this theme and I am following the install youtube video that is 18 minutes long . here is my issues when attempting to import buddypress and I click on the blue icon that says “import buddypress profile fields” I get Could not import. Please make sure you have Buddypress installed and activated.

Coupel of more thigns forgot to mentioned . I have tried to uninstall the plugin , clear cache , reinstalled plugin “buddypress” still same issues

I am not sure if this is related or not but if you go to the website you will see
BP Profile Search 4.8.2: Form 876 was not found, or has no fields.

The above error is showing because it is not finding the search form . website address is arabhookup.com

I have gone through this article but still not working

Hi,

Please check that the fields were definitely not imported by going to WP Admin > Users > Profile Fields. If you have any fields there other than name then the fields did import. If there are no fields other than name then please try logging out of your website and logging back in before trying the import again.

With regards to the search form issue please go to WP Admin > Users > Profile Search open each form and click save – even if there are no changes. This should rectify the issue for both, if it does not then please update this ticket, in a private reply, with newly created temporary admin credentials for your site so I can take a look.

first off ,in the profile fields I see name birthday i am looking for marital status city and country fields . is this all i am suppose to see

I’ve created an account for you called “Kieran_SQ” and yous password is arabhook1! .

Would you please take a look at the main page issues , my main page with profile and default home page was working and showing the error BP Profile Search 4.8.2: Form 876 was not found, or has no fields. . now i can’t get the main template to work I don’t see the search and my slider and background and main page all gone . I am pretty sure it might be either home static issue or a page template but can’t seem to find . By the i did follow the videos and i would say 99.99 everything looks identical to the your tube videos

one more thing wanted to mention profile search under users has no forms and i can’t add anything . Something appears to be wrong. was working before

Hi,

I have logged into your site and carried out the following

– WP Admin > Appearance > Theme Setup > Import: Pages as half of the content for the main demo page had been deleted
– WP Admin > Settings > Reading > Option: Set Homepage
– WP Admin > Appearance > Theme Setup > Import: BuddyPress Profile Search as forms were either not imported or manually deleted
– WP Admin > Users > Profile Search saved forms so that ID’s were correctly set

I also checked WP Admin > Users > Profile Fields and all of your profile fields have already been imported (see screenshot). Blue numbers indicate profile field groups (tabs) that have other profile fields under them, green indicates individual fields.
