update revslider

Hi I get an updatenotification that rev slider is updated from 4 to 5.
When I click that I get on a webpage which looks like 1983.
Finally I got this message>
To update the plugin when it was included with your theme:

1. Contact your theme’s author and ask them to send you a copy of the latest version of the plugin. This will be a “zip” file named “revslider.zip”.

Is there a new version of sweetdate coming out, so it might be included? would be superb.
As I have read how to manually update most people need to hire a tech…
