Ok, what about the slider , where i can activate it ?

Revolution slider doesn’t need to be activated since it is bundled in the theme. To update it see the documentation: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/documentation/kleo#updates

ok, today after contacting the hosting company again they have confirmed that the problem from the buddypress plugin as you can see in the ticket below :

Also regarding the slider its not working since the link you send me regarding the update was for kilo theme not for the dating theme , please advice ASAP

Try to remove the plugin and reinstall. If that does not help then contact rtMedia team.
Related to the slider, it doesn’t need to be activated. And updates are done manually from the Revolution Slider setting page and using the zip file included in the theme package downloaded from Themeforest
