I would like to make a page which shows all product reviews list.

How can I make a product review list page using short code or widget?

 

Is there an area to control all the product reviews?

You will have to search for a plugin/widget that can do that, i’ve searched on google and i found this : https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-reviews-widget/ you should test it.

I think on the product page on backend the reviews are shown.

Could it make a problem in recent wordrpess?

If I want to make a review board without woocommerce, what function or plugin can I use?

Regarding to that plugin you will have to test it i don’t know if causes some issues just test it.
