Woocommerce without the button to increase or decrease the quantity of the purchase

Hello,

Some time ago, I happened to disappear a button that was next to the number of increase and decrease the quantity of the request. How can I reset these buttons?

In a second installation, I can manually change the numbers by typing. In the main installation, you can not even change the number. I need to play in the cart and inside the cart increase the amount (instead of straight inside the store)

Just add this css, will be able to change in the input the quantity by adding the number.
