What part of the it’s not working out of the box is it that you don’t understand? It demands settings at our webhosting company that is not possible if not upgrading the account.
The theme doesn’t work on a fresh installment in neither Chrome, Safari nor Firefox, Windows nor Mac doesn’t matter.
In the ten years with same hosting company I have NEVER EVER experienced them getting back to me stating I need to upgrade my account to get something to work when working on a WordPress site nor anything else till I fell across and paid for your theme!
Give us our money back and start acting like grown ups!
Since my web host knows what kind of issue I have and tell me I cannot do anything about it unless upgrading I can assure you that is what is going to happen. Also I don’t believe having problem with your theme is an isolated event.
We don’t hand out any credentials to strangers full stop.
You solving issues by asking for them is something you really should put this on your sales pitch. Myself would never have bought the theme in the first place if I’d known this is how you solve the issues with it!
This is one of the reasons we asked for and expect to a get a refund of this theme that really isn’t working out of the box which may or may not come down to the impossible task of bringing up the php-memory on a shared hosting account. To to this we would have to increase and upgrade our webhosting account which would cost us even more money!
