Are you able to give me a rough timescale for this (days/weeks/months)?

We have customers who pay for access to our website and they are being impeded from using it on iPad, so I need to try to get a resolution for them as soon as possible.

I’m on Windows 10, chrome version 56.0.2924.87 but users are reporting it initially from ipads.

Is there any other information I can give to help?

Looks like I managed to submit this twice. This is a duplicate of ticket 151721 and can be removed.

We’re seriously out of date at: 3.0.9

We have a very complex site but the updating will be done late January.
