I’m sorry but i will need to talk to our admin to get permission. Our website is used for our organization so i can’t just give admin access to it.

If you have something we can try i’d love to. It only happened after i upgraded, is there something corrupted in the upgrade?

Yes, i’m just not sure what controls that particular option.. i tried different once.. but i can’t figure out which one..
