Now it is up and running, I don’t know what happened but when I went and re-checked the BP settings, it now had an option to allow users to upload their cover photo. I enabled that and it works fine now. Thank you again.
I have just updated the plugin version to 1.3 and that still does not appear to have rectified the issue.
