ParticipantWhen it opt OFF – it’s still with HTTPS and with a green bar. So I was wondering, do I really need to set it ON? Why do they recommend it ON? Thank you

ParticipantOk, I restored previous database backup, now everything works. So, the real issue is with PaidMembershipPro==>Payment Gateaway SSL settings. When setting to force SSL with “Yes”, which is recommended, there it comes this redirect loop issue. I tried second option with JavaScript redirects which is recommended if you have mentioned redirect loop – but still it doesn’t work fine and site becomes not accessible. So, what is the way to fix this issue?

ParticipantHi Radu
I’ve managed myself. I went to phpMyAdmin, followed your instructions, I found the code at wpbviv_options table, I deleted it. Then I deleted the plugin. The site was working. But as soon I install plugin again – it gives the same redirect error. I double check by searching the code through the database tables – nothing was found this time, so I really deleted it. So what could be the problem now? Why does paid-membership-pro plugin gives this “too many redirects” error and the site is not accessible?callixa
ParticipantI’m sorry Radu, I’m not a developer and I don’t understand exactly what you just said. I saved the whole membership plugin folder. What are my next steps? Can you guide me, where exactly I need to search for that code? At least the name of component/subfolder?

ParticipantThank you, Laura!
I’m not sure if you understood me right, which avatar I am talking about.
It’s a little “logo” or “avatar” that comes automatically with every email. Please, see attachment.callixa
ParticipantNot really:)
But now at least it redirects to register page with mandatory fields after you click “create profile”. So, it’s fine lie thatcallixa
ParticipantDo you mean that “emails” menu, on pic.1?
I’ve tried, but it didn’t give an option to edit it. When clicking “customize”, it sends you to the page on pic.2 where you can only edit Header, Body and Footer 🙁callixa
ParticipantRadu,
sorry to bother again.
I’ve just noticed, when clicking Log In button it shows this menu (see pic attached).
How to redirect “Create New Account” button to register page as well?

ParticipantHi
The theme was updated but the button styles still can’t be setup correctly. When LOG IN view style is good – the LOG OUT view is ugly. And opposit. I need both to look good.
Please, advise with the correct CSS code. The final result that I want is shown in pictures attached.
Thank you.callixa
ParticipantDear Radu,
Can you please contact your colleagues from IT and ask them how long will it take to fix this problem? I need to know the time frames. It’s taking too long.callixa
ParticipantThank you Laura,
I’ve seen you’ve tried yourself to apply this code on my page. But I guess, this issue is going to take forever. Cause now this is the view from Explorer and Safari when logged out (attached) 🙁callixa
ParticipantDear Laura, thank you for your effort.
I was trying my best to customize it on my own. But when I customize the buttons from log-in view, the buttons from log-out view change their settings too. When I change those, then then the first ones start looking ugly:(. The final result that I’m trying to reach is in attached two pictures.1) This file is from Log-in view. I’d like to have “Profile” and “Log Out” buttons to look like this with this certain drop-down colors and backgrounds.
2) This file is from Log-out view that I’d like to have.
Is this achievable simultaneously?
Can you check please?

ParticipantThank you Laura!
I just want to two things:1) To move the boarder that divide “profile” and “login” buttons, so the drop-down menu is on “profile” button side.
2) To have a boarder between “login” and “sign up” buttons.
Thank you again!callixa
ParticipantThank you, Laura. I know it’s hard to explain things to people who doesn’t have a minimum developer education, it’s frustrating, but the last CSS didn’t work for me.
If I add your CSS by default, without changing anything, there are still no boarder that separate correctly Log Out button (see attachment 1), and when logged out – there is no boarder as well (attachment 2).
If I try to customize your CSS changing the color of boarder, the boarder become visible when logged out (attachment 3), but at the same time it messing up the buttons when logged in (attachment 4). -
