This should actually be a plugin for both Sweetdate and Kleo. I have both. Maybe it should be included as one of the future features.
In the meantime I am posting it as a project on freelancer.
cozy35ParticipantHello,
That solution is not actually what I want.
Let me try again.
When a user registers and click on “Complete Sign Up” I need them to be redirected to the next group…group2 and then from there to Group3 and then from there to group 4 and in so doing completes all the fields for a full profile.
So the button text “Complete Sign Up” can actually say “Save and Continue”
The problem is that the theme is not very user friendly and I have 80% premium signups not completing their profiles.
If there is a way that will have members get redirected to the succession of group fields to complete, that would be great
cozy35ParticipantSorry, my type in the post – it is “registration”. It shows all the fields in base and loads them into respective tabs, but with issues when cropping avatar – you can see for yourself with link provided. Seems to screw with the user profile style.
cozy35ParticipantIt is not redirecting from base to the next set of fields (MySelf Summary)
Try and create a user on my site http://sweet-date.com and see for yourself – you can remove afterwards
cozy35ParticipantI did all this and it is still not doing what I need.
create folder in wp-content/themes/sweetdate-child/register
create file register.php with code provided in above folder
added css to wp-content/themes/sweetdate-child/style.css
child theme is the active theme
cozy35ParticipantThat did not work. I require that when fields under base is saved it must go to the next tab so user can complete that – complete profile at signup.
cozy35ParticipantSo if a user saves the base fields the required fields under the “My Self Summary” will become visible? and then like wise if there are required fields under the “Lifestyle and Physical” tabs too?
cozy35ParticipantOK, I turned off mod_security in my cpanel and all is working great. Thanks for the pointer.
cozy35ParticipantHere is the Google Analytic Tracking code…
<script>
(function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i[‘GoogleAnalyticsObject’]=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){
(i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)},i[r].l=1*new Date();a=s.createElement(o),
m=s.getElementsByTagName(o)[0];a.async=1;a.src=g;m.parentNode.insertBefore(a,m)
})(window,document,’script’,’//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js’,’ga’);ga(‘create’, ‘UA-58744886-1’, ‘auto’);
ga(‘send’, ‘pageview’);</script>
cozy35ParticipantI have V2.7 and no other plugins active except those from the theme. I also disabled contact form 7. Still no joy.
cozy35ParticipantThis is still a problem. The setting can save without the <script> tags, but when <script> tags are present the setting does not save and redirects to 404 error page.
I would appreciate some support here.
cozy35ParticipantOk, its working now. The problem was that I tried to access the link as admin. Created a new account and tested it. Payment gateway working and renders the correct membership-account page.
Thanks,
cozy35ParticipantDoes the url look correct?
