    OK…I’ll try that for site speed. Only activated rtmedia because it comes with Kleo.

    What about the issue with the logo staying in “sticky” size?

    Yes…but that’s all that ever shows. You must have caught it when there was an actual “entertainment” related story there. See attached screen shot of what I just now saw in that area…

    Hi Laura,

    1. Ok…great…did it and looks great. The image didn’t load with the demo content so I had no idea it was actually there. But got it figured out. Thank you

    2. This is a mirrored site from freedomLeaf.com. All the content is the same from FreedomLeaf.com, including all of the plugins. And I do have a caching plugin as well as smush it already activated. FreedomLeaf.com is not slow….and the only difference is the theme, this being Kleo. The only thing I haven’t tried, which freedomleaf.com is on, is a CDN through CloudFlare. I will try that.

    3. Did I change what with CSS? Not the logo. I uploaded the logo in the themes general settings area. And have sticky menu feature turned on. That’s all I have done. So not sure why the logo is intermittently remaining small when I go back to the top of the page.

    Thank you Laura

    Chris

    I pasted both into the Quick CSS area, and seems to have fixed the issue….but just curious anyway and don’t want there to be some sort of unseen conflict if I do have both sets of code in there.

    Is my site still throw jquery errors? I don’t know how to check that.

    OK…thanks….but a little bit confused about this code and the support ticket. I got an email that said:

    Your minify css is screwing it up. Put this in your quick css

    .template-page.col-sm-12.tpl-no {
    padding-top: 0 !important;
    }

    Your site is also throwing jquery errors. Probably for the same minify reasons.

    Post Link: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/geodirectory-demo-page-and-set-up/#post-103522

    BUT above here the code you’re saying to use is:

    .page-id-7343 .template-page.col-sm-12.tpl-no {
    padding-top: 0 !important;
    }

    These are just slightly different….do I use both of these? They look similar to me, but can see the differences….so not sure if I should use both or one or the other.

    Thanks for the clarification 🙂

    works now. So never mind. But was a weird issue.

    OK…that worked 🙂

    But in my defense it does say in the documentation: “If you imported just the demo widgets, to achieve the full width map like on our Home page from the demo http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/business-directory/, you just need to edit the Business Directory page that was generated by the plugin and add the following shortcode in the “Header Content” section of the page.”

    I ignored this because I imported all of the demo content from Kleo, not just the demo widgets. And, by the way, I still don’t see where the Kleo demo content is. The demo content I got was directly from the GD plugin.

    Follow up question…one minor design issue….in the Kleo demo page for the GeoDirectory the “Search For” “near” and “Search” button bar is right up against the bottom of the map. On my page, http://waycool.us/budfindr/, there is a gap between the bottom of the map and the search bar. How do I get rid of that gap and have it right up against the bottom of the map like it is in the demo?

    Thanks

    OK…so I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do then. I did tell the GD plugin that I want the GD Home page to be /budfindr (see screenshot attached) and therefore I am seeing all the places listed there, but not the map above. However, what you’ve shown me above at /directory shows the map, but none of the listings below. I

    So how do I fix this? How do I get the map and all of the listings to appear on the /budfindr page?

    Thank you

    Yes…I read this:

    Re-download the theme from Themeforest. You will find the .zip archive under the main package downloaded from Themeforest under Plugins folder. You can install the update by going to WP admin – Revolution Slider – Manul plugin update (bottom-right of the page)

    a.) I don’t think I need to “re-download” the theme from themeforest, as I just bought the theme about 2 days ago. How would I already have an outdated copy? And if there was an update available, wouldn’t theme forest have the latest version for download?

    b.) Isn’t the zipped copy in the main package under plugins what gets installed when the initial install is happening? So deleting the copy that got downloaded 2 days ago, then manually adding the same copy doesn’t seem to make sense.

    c.) regardless of a. and b. I still followed the directions above and ended up with the same version of rev slider I just deleted, 5.1.3, as I suspected would happen.
