Thanks that was the problem. Yes they were registered but hadn’t logged in… the totals count is increasing as the members log into their accounts.

I’ve had to install a redirect plugin to get Kleo to work correctly.

I installed the Sky Redirect plugin from:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/sky-login-redirect/

But I shouldn’t have to use a plugin in order for the site to display correctly after logging in?
