Hello,
I checked my pin feed settings, and all of the animation features are currently disabled. I looked under Theme Options and Visual Composer settings, both are currently disabled and yet the pins are still not showing up automatically. They only show on load.
Is there a way I can manually disable this?
dmn2016ParticipantI’m using the Video post format. I’d like the video to show up on the home page, except it’s wreaking havoc with the code. The video source is from Facebook, and while it does seem to work, the pin boxes are overlapping.
When I set Standard, it shows no photo.
dmn2016ParticipantNevermind, I figured out it was because I was missing a side for the shadows code. (I had three positions when there should have been four.)
dmn2016ParticipantHello Laura, yes that is exactly what I mean. I’d like to make the hover effect darker too.
dmn2016ParticipantAlso- I forgot how to make the top image smaller for that row on the homepage (the one that says “welcome” and has the search bar with the site statistics on it.) I did it before, but now I can’t find it again. Can someone point me in the right direction please?
dmn2016ParticipantInteresting, the plugin doesn’t seem to work with tablets…it disappears and then reappears in the middle when scrolling down. Anyone having this issue?

Another thing- about the mobile header color, I have the code snippet but would like to place it in the Customizations section of the child theme style.css. The snippet that I have is:
COPY CODE@media (max-width: 991px) { .kleo-main-header.header-normal { background-color: #2e2e2e; border: white; } }
This seems to be an open code…I need it to point to the mobile file. How can I do this?
dmn2016ParticipantQuick update- I just discovered that switching between the Kleo and its child theme will wipe out all the widgets in Widgets under Appearance. Not sure if this is a WP issue or theme related.
dmn2016ParticipantUpdate- I redesigned the menu so there is no problem with it now.
I’ve since switched to the child theme and filled in the footer manually; I saw that it was erased by the main theme. It’s working fine now with the child theme.
It seems that there was a bug that if the blog post navigation is turned off, the footer will be wiped out as well. This is what happened on my site, I don’t know if other people experienced the same.
After discovering these, the site is working fine now on the mobile and desktop. Thank you for your time.
dmn2016ParticipantSolved the Account link issue- I just created a new submenu for it. The Facebook link is still dead and the header logo is stubborn.
How to troubleshoot the Facebook Login and the find where to amend the logo file location?
dmn2016ParticipantAlso, the My Account link is disappearing from the menu. I’m having a problem with the Facebook login; it was working fine for this past week but now it looks like it’s a dead link.
dmn2016ParticipantWhere is that coming from? That was the old header image; I deleted it and uploaded a new one. Favicon is showing correctly, it’s only the header on the site that won’t change to the new one. Interesting…it’s stubborn with the old one. Where can I code in the image path of the new one?
dmn2016ParticipantCommenting only because I have a similar issue-except my logo keeps disappearing and showing the text title instead. I thought it was a caching issue, but it’s been consistent after cleaning cache 3 times. My friend is seeing the same thing on his computer as well-so it is not just me. Any ideas?
dmn2016ParticipantBoth of them. What I’m saying is if the post is classified as Standard format, none of the comment options show up.
If it is an Image format, both WP and FB comments show.
dmn2016ParticipantUPDATE: It’s not showing on the Standard Posts type. It shows up on the Quotes, Video, Image, Gallery, etc post types. It doesn’t show up on the Standard Post type. This is the first time this happened- any ideas?
dmn2016ParticipantInteresting…on my 2 big blog posts, no comments are to be found anywhere. On the most recent quotes post, only the WP comments box is visible. I have the FB comments plugin, and it’s not showing up on the new posts. I see it on the Kleo demo posts, just not on my posts. Any idea for what can be causing this? I checked my settings, everything seems to be enabled so I have to be overlooking something.
dmn2016ParticipantThank you for the answer about the privacy.
I’m having difficulty finding the K Elements plugin-where can I download it?
