Hola Laura:
En mi hosting hay 4 sitios web creados, todos con poco contenido y tráfico. Tengo espacio de 20 Gb y tráfico mensual de 800 Gb. Soporta hasta 100.000 visitas al mes. Por esto, considero que el problema de la lentitud no está en el hosting.

Quiero insistir nuevamente con la siguiente ayuda:
Me puede ayudar a instalar en otro sitio, el Theme KLEO, pero solamente para incluir buddyPress y bbPress. Solo quiero la red social. Quiero excluir todos los otros complementos que vienen con el theme.

Si esto me genera costo adicional, por favor me dice.

Hola Laura:
Se hicieron los siguientes ajustes:
1. Se instaló el plugin super cache.
2. Se revisó la configuración para nuevos usuarios. se dejó por defecto la opción suscriptor.
3. Se deshabilitaron todas las opciones (plugins), que vienen con el theme KLEO, a excepción de las funciones para la red social y el foro.
RESULTADOS:
1. La lentitud del sitio web sigue igual. No es un problema de wordpress porque tengo otros tres sitios web y funcionan perfectamente. Los proveedores de mi hosting revisaron y atribuyen al thema KLEO.
2. Al crear nuevos usuarios con el rol de suscriptor, cuando quieren ingresar al backend, solamente son redirigidos al front. Nunca pueden ingresar a la parte de administración de WordPress. Usted me dice que el tema no controla los roles, pero en mis otros tres sitios hago lo mismo y sí funciona correctamente.

La instalación que hice del tema KLEO, fue teniendo en cuenta lo que usted describe en el tutorial o video de youtube que publicó el pasado 28 de septiembre de 2017 y que dura 27:55 minutos. (enlace al video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wa6Rn5GSGXI).

Para solucionar todo esto, yo puedo crear otro subdominio e instalar WordPress y luego volver a instalar el tema KLEO que les compré a ustedes, pero solamente quiero instalar el tema y las opciones y configuraciones de la red social Buddypress y del foro bbpress.
Solo quiero que en el nuevo sitio funcione la red social y los foros. Con eso se suficiente.
Las otras opciones que vienen con KLEO, las instalaré después, de manera independiente y en otros subdominios.
Quiero pedirle el siguiente favor:
Me puede ayudar con la configuración para que la instalación quede como la quiero?
Me puede indicar la ruta y pasos a seguir para esa instalación?

I already uninstalled the sensei plugin, but all the broblemas continue.
The problems that are now presented are the following:
List of errors or problems:
1. The site is too slow to load.
Navigating the site between the different sections, it takes up to 12 seconds to load the page.
2. Being registered or not, is the same:
When browsing through the community options: members, groups or activity, the platform allows any user to see all the information of the members of the social network, meaning that it is useless to register or log in to the site. world can see everything.
3. Translation or spelling errors:
When I create a publication, I get notifications, where they tell me that the article has been approved. I tried to correct the spelling of the word approved in Spanish and I could not. The word approved in Spanish, is written with b, but the platform throws it with v. (view image).
Example:
In spanish:
Aprovado: writing error.
Aprobado: Written correctly.
I have used the LOCO TRANSALTE plugin to correct the error, but it has not been possible.
4. Options in English that can not be translated:
In the different browsing options within the users that make up the social network, I have not been able to translate the articles option. I want it in Spanish, as are the others. (view image).
5. The platform only lets create administrator roles. When you create different roles and want to enter, redirect to the front of the page.

The problem is in the KLEO theme, not in the sensei plugin.
Please, I need you to reimburse me the money, because this theme does not work and it presents many errors to configure it. I have lost too much time.
Tell me what do I have to do to get the money back?

The link you send me is a list to choose free LMS plugins for wordpress.
Why that?
You recommend me to install a plugin of those?
Should I uninstall sensei from my platform?
If so, why do they offer sensei with the sale of the KLEO theme?
I need support from you so that KLEO works well with sensei.
If you do not support me, please, I need my money back.
I’m not going to waste any more time with this Theme.

Good morning:
After installing KLEO, the site became too slow. I configured the social network and everything was fine, but when courses were created, they worked well, but after leaving and entering the platform, the lessons disappear. Also, when making questionnaires, the option of multiple answer does not work, in front only the question is seen, but the answer options do not appear.
Another issue is that entries are automatically created with the names of the lessons that disappear, but those entries appear blank.
Please, I need your help, because I’m thinking about getting my money back.
The answers you have given me until now have not solved anything.
