I did talk to wpengine about this and was told since this is an issue related to the theme i need to contact, you you guys or buddypress would be the ones to have this fixed.
so i contacted buddypress and they said either you or wpengine should fix this.
im just trying to get it to work like it’s supposed to. not get tossed around from person to person.

So i got determined to find the exact issue, lol. So i opened up inspector and checked the console to see if any errors are being thrown on the site-wide activity feed.
Since this fixing these glitches is your area of expertise. and I know squat about RealWebSocket. i’ll let you handle this one for my main site.

The other minor hiccups were pretty easy to fix. I’ll give the site a few more test runs, to make sure everything runs smooth, then switch the front page to the members profile, slap on the restricted to members plugin and I can finally see what you guys built in action.Again, the login in for the main site is

P.S. I’ll do what I can to make sure your themes are as tight as possible so you can continue growing your brand. and yea, if you need testers to go through your other software, shoot them my way, since you’re starting to get an idea of how objective and thorough I am with usability.

I got curious if this issue was something dealing with the database. so i created a totally seperate install which doesn’t relate to the main site to test things out and still running into the same issue with the site-wide activity page

the only things that are installed on that vm are the theme and the plugins that come with the theme.
since this install doesn’t require super admin access,

When I post an update or favorite a post the entire page refreshes. I’m stumped with how to get it to just have that section update. to make it more mobile friendly.

the messages icon in the upper main menu doesn’t work.
I went through everything else, most of it is just trying to figure out how to let users create their own charts and customize their own dashboard.

I have also ran into another bug relating to the task.Navigate to Organization –> My Task —> it shows the short code. which is totally new. I didn’t make any changes but things keep breaking in this theme.
when it was working. I would go through the same path then click edit and it would send my subscriber account to the admin panel. t
This needs to be fixed too. so subscribers don’t have access to my admin panel.
