Hi Laura,
Nothing worked. I did everything you guys told me to. After that I was convinced it had to be the hosting.
So after trying everything and every page still took 20 á 25 seconds to load, I ended my contract with the hosting company. Moved my site to a trustable hosting company, together with a programmer I work with.
This host is reliable and fast. Tested with all kinds of websites that are hosted there. All good. Except mine.
Once moved to that host: still the same problem!!
Even on this host we deactivated plugins again and again that come with Kleo (besides the Kleo plugins, I only have a SEO plugin and even deactivated that one), all plugins. Tested with P3. Installed and activated all speed plugins you advised. First one by one, then all together, and checked wich one was causing the problem. But none of that increased the speed. Did the .htacces improment and the php improvement advised by Radu. We decreased images-sizes and so on, and so on. Everything you can possibly think of.I’ve lost too much time now and cannot find, even with an experienced programmer on my side, what causes the problem. When activating my old more simple theme, everything worked fine again. So this is telling the cause is not the host and there must be something conflicting in the plugins or scripts.
I’m not trying to put Kleo and your work down and still believe it is a beautiful theme. But something goes terribly wrong. Therefor I’m seriously asking you to refund the amount of money. I cannot afford too lose $64,- with my income being very low.
I’ve also lost too much time now and don’t have more time to endlessly stay trying.
Hope you guys understand, this is not to put you down or rip you off. The theme obviously doesn’t work out for me and I cannot find the problem. It seems the problem is hard to find.

Tnx. I just did all the steps form your guide. Still nothing did improve at all!
I will contact my host also, but the website stays abnormal slow, even after taking al these recommended steps.. I am trying to install this theme and get it working for over a week now…
I hope you can tell me what can possible go wrong here.
The speed of the website is abnormal slow after installing Kleo and all the plugins and really do not know why.. I cannot even work normally on it, having to wait long for every pagoda and change i want to make.Like to hear from you.

Later concentrate on buddyPress etc. (I will not delete any pages now).For the Home-Pinterest-page: where can I find and change the header background-image?
I searched for it in the different rows, but could not find where to change this.Can you tell me where I can do this?

I’ve installed all plugins now, but did not activate any yet. Except for Visual Composer.I Imported the demo data for only the ‘Home Pinterest Page’ and accidently deleted this page/data after importing it for the first time.
Tried to import it again, admin said: succesvol, but the Home Pinterest page does not show again in my pages-section.
Looks like I cannot import this twice? I’d really like to start with this one to look at how this is build.
How can I import this page/demo-data again?Grtz, Frouck

I spend 1,5 day trying to get things work and didn’t succeed.
This really is a bummer, I was so excited buying your theme.I never experienced so much different errors installing a new theme or plugin.
I understand it probably has a lot to do with all the extra plugins that come with the theme.
I understand also that the theme is complex and has a lot of functionalities. But following your installing video and documentation, and trying for so many hours, it cannot be oké running into so many conflicts….For now I deleted everything:
Both Kleo themes, the pages, the media, and all the plugins that come with the Kleo theme.
I’m not new to WordPress and followed every step your Video tutorial exactly as it told me to do, but got error after error.I’d really need you to help me installing the whole thing.
I am willing to give you acces to my website.Like to hear from you,

I Really need your help. So many bugs and website loading extremely slow is not good, after paying $66,- for Kleo.
