I use Paid memberships pro for member signups and they have plugin that automatically creates user roles with each type of membership you create. That why when they choose a membership type they will get that specific role.
No I have a plugin that creates profile tabs from a page you create. and I am using visual composer to create the page. It will be sorta a home page for a profile. The user gets an auto generated QR code 1/3 of row) in part that links to their profile then the other part I have their activity stream (2/3 of row). But above the activity stream I want a vertical menu that allows the functions of the main menu to use these to rebuild the Activity stream menu (Personal, Mentions, Favorites, Friends, Groups) since I will be removing the regular activity screen tab from their profiles after I get this working.
It does not matter what menu I use. They are aligned vertically instead of horizontally like the main menu.
Thanks got the Age/Birthdate part working. I will post here updates and how i got stuff fixed for people that need the info and search for it.

For #1 you can not select more than one option if it is a drop down select box. Yes you can if it is a multi select box but do not want that option to choose more than one sex.
BuddyPress 2.2 introduced the concept of member types.
BuddyPress itself does not register any member types. Plugins and themes can register member types using the bp_register_member_type() or the bp_register_member_types() function:More info here: https://codex.buddypress.org/developer/member-types/
It would be nice to have this incorporated into Kleo theme. A good examples of its use would be for profile field groups. Where you could assign specific profile field groups to member types. Lets say you making a dating site. For people that choose Female as a member type they would have specific profile field groups that only apply to females etc…

I use BuddyPress xProfiles ACL. It has not been updated in a couple years but still works very well. Also soon Buddypress is releasing usertypes in to Buddypress core.
This can be done with plugins easily. I do it on my website. Let me know if you found an answer or if you still need help. I will be glad to help.

@PeterGould Good job man! I will be joining up. I have heart disease starting at 35 when I had my first heart attack. I am doing blended smoothies with greens, fruits almond milk, and flax seed but I am looking at buying a juicer now too. My condition makes it hard to exercise and I used to lift weights and be in good shape until my first heart attack. See ya on your website =)
To create a sidebar go to Appearance/sidebars
To add widgets to go to Appearance/widgets and select the new sidebar.Hi Troy.
1. Go create your new sidebar.
2. Then go to widgets and add the widgets you would like to that new sidebar you created.
3. Go to edit the page you want that sidebar on. Now scroll to bottom of the page and you will see an option to choose what sidebar you want displayed on the page.Hope that helps. If not let me know and I will reply.

Well I havetweaked my theme many times with your help. I have just been waiting for help with the profile tabs. I am not good at coding but can follow directions to do so. If it is not easy for you to do let meh know. =) I really appreciate your involvement and ty beforehand if it works or not.
@sharmstr I do not mean anything bad to you at all. I have been able to tweak my theme here without having to re-ask questions already asked and answered. I am one of those customers that knows how to search and use the forums to get answers so not to make the help area answer the same ones over and over. I have seen you help a lot of people here and some answers even helped me without asking directly. Thank You.
Well as a paying customer for a product, and there are now people that are not employees with titles, this makes it all a little confusing. Don’t you think? You left the thread in limbo stating you would do it next week over a year ago. Would have been nice to have known that it was something you decided not to do. That way other new people like me (paying customers) would not have assumed. Next time maybe let expecting people know that you can not fulfill your promise. People understand if you lose interest and you are not an employee. Just say so and let the thread die so new people that buy Kleo theme can start a new topic appropriately with out being put down for not knowing you do not work here.
Facts are I am a paying customer asking for help. You have a title of someone in the company. I do not dislike you at all, and have seen you help many people here, in good ways. I just do not like how I have been treated for asking help for design on this theme I paid for.
I know better than to refer people here to buy this theme now.
I assumed you worked here because of your title. I have no way of knowing you do not work here until it was told to me. I do not read minds. Sorry for bothering to ask about it.

There was plans for this to be done a long time ago.
