I do have the latest versions. As I stated in my original post this happened when I updated.

K-Elements 2.4
VC 4.4.2

The plugin is still there and active. I have tried re-installing it and the shortcodes still work if entered manually. It’s just that they don’t show up in the visual composer menu.

I don’t have any custom scripts running.

Unfortunately disabling all but the essential plugins did not work. I have created an account for you.
