To clarify my question again – I want a one menu for guests and another menu for logged in members. Is this possible using WordPress Menus?
jezmanParticipantCancel last comment. I found a conflicting plugin. Have disabled and it works fine now.
Thanks
jezmanParticipantMy register page is not showing either. I’ve logged out and used a different browser to test it. The register page has no content when I go to the WP editor. And it is select in the Buddypress settings as the register page.
When I click the register button, or fill out the register form from the home page, it redirects to the register page to complete the profile, but it comes up blank.
It was working yesterday and the only changes I’ve made is to update Buddypress to latest version.
Could this be the problem?
jezmanParticipantIs it even necessary to have the Paid Memberships Pro plugin activated if I only have one FREE level for all members. I don’t plan on having paid members for this site. Just free members.
However, I do want to restrict guests from viewing any registered member details and force them to register to get any details on members, and interact with groups, etc.
Can you advise if PMPPro is necessary?
Thanks

However, I have already tried creating a completly new page and getting rid of all the previous code from the demo page, etc.
The member info seems to appear by default and I can’t remove it. Even just creating a blank page with no content, when I make that page the static front page in settings-reading, it adds in the member list and who’s logged on etc. Like you can see from the link sent previously.
When I remove that page from being the static front page, it reverts back to the actual content that I entered when I made the page. i.e. it doesn’t matter what content I put in the page, when I make it the static front page, its overwritten with the member info, which I don’t want.
I want to remove the buddypress data from the static front page, but not deactivate buddypress. Is this possible?
I want just the registration form, or mixed form to show on the home page (static front page) along with my own customised content with images, etc. Basically, in order to get into the membership area, I need people to register as a free member or log in. Otherwise no access.
Open to suggestions as I’ve tried for many hours to fix this. Thanks
Jeremy
jezmanParticipantBingo. I had the W3 Total Cache plugin that I had installed recently. Seems this was the culprit.
Thank you. Should’ve run that test prior to posting. Thank you for the prompt response.
