it seem is not original file. Please ask developer check more detail and compare download file.

Those mails are not send using any of your mail account. Those mails are generated from your domain application. So any of your website codes have been injected with malicious content or your website became vulnerable.

So you need to check the codes of your domain with the help of a code developer and verify each files and also verify the application vulnerability and remove if any.
