Dear Radu,
Yes, you are absolutely right. (Genuis)
When the Download Manager is deactivated the iPhone (Mobile) navigation menu works perfectly.
This gives us a huge problem now as of course the website is now not fit for purpose because it has been developed as an IntraNet offering the Client a document library and when the Downoad Manager is deactivated none of the docment management capabilities are available.
We assume this is no longer your problem but we would respectfully ask if you have any thoughts which may assist us deliver this project after so much work has already been done..?
Many Thanks again – John.
kleo4148ParticipantDear Radu,
Sorry for chasing up over weekend and thank you for your response on Monday.
We FTP’d the JS patch and to our immense relief all is now working as we had hoped on iPads and iPhones.
Your assistance was very much appreciated, Excellent support with many thanks again.
Now we just need to work out why the mobile navigation does not stay open on iPhones..?
When the menu is tapped it opens for a second and then collapses – I will look through your support form now to find resolution unless you have a quick fix..?
Best Regards – John.
kleo4148ParticipantHi,

We have spent two solid weeks to get to where we ware using your theme to date and if this cant be fixed we will have to start again form square one using another theme.
