Yes yes yes yes!!!
How awesome when things work!
Many many thanks for your help.
I only just discovered that on mobile the pictures are shown very small, they were bigger before.
Is there something we can do?
Best regards!
lauradelaatParticipantHi Radu,
Could it be I already did that in the right way by applying the instructions of the tutorial?
See the attached printscreens.
I’m sorry to not be so much known with CSS so I can understand you that wel.
I don’t know if what you send in the last reply is an addition on what I have already did or as a replacement. Thanks for your support, I’ll be online tomorrow again π
Best regards,
Laura

Thanks for your reply!
I want to use a five column row. I’ve used the advice of the tutorial and added the Extra class name and the editor.
The only thing I didn’t understand was the note:
Note: β.vc_span2β targets the individual column of the 6-column layout but you have to
include the primary wrapper of that VC row which is the β.home_box_wrap.wpb_rowβ and
also the β.vc_responsiveβ which is one of the βbodyβ tag classes to effectively override the default styles.Could it be I missed something there?
I would like to get the five round pictures in a five column row, spread equally.
(see image added)Could you see what I do wrong?
Best regards,
Laura

I couldn’t find the option canvas custom settings below the page design. I could choose full width at the template on the right side but that is nog working. See the link: http://martijnvanbraam.nl/home-test-slider/
Could you tell me where to find the canvas custom setting to set the full width?
Thanks for letting me know π

Laura

But the main thing at this moment is this:
When I create a post and use Visual Composer the special functionalities/characteristics of the post fall away.
That means the meta data that is normally on the left side of the post doesn’t show (See printscreen) and the way it is shown in the Kleo Post Carousel on the homepage (see link)
And for example on the blog-overview page the text of the blog is not shown when I used the visual composer.
http://martijnvanbraam.nl/blog/The thing is my client is going to post his own posts and wants to use the composer when posting. Hope that is possible..
Hope this makes a bit of a picture.
Best regards,
Laura

Thanks, but this doesn’t give the solution. The problem is that the functionalities/characteristics of the blog post fall away by using the composer.
Besides padding, it effects the meta information on the left of the text and it effects the way it looks in the Kleo post carousel on the homepage. (see printscreen)
It’s important my customer can use the visual composer in the blogposts. That’s the only part he will be managing and that’s kind of why I chose the theme…
Glad to hear from you again.

Laura

Thanks for your reply. I paste the code in the editor, see the printscreen I’ve added.
It doesn’t help removing the space: see example
If the problem is to difficult. I’ll have to change the design from the home page to make the post page ok. So be it then…
Is it true that using the visual composer might give some problems when used in posts?
Thanks for you time.
Best regards,
Laura

Just changed some of the items, there was a blanc text block as first item that’s why it may looked like it did work.
I’ve set the padding at 300px to test, but nothing moves.
What I actually would like is that the whole side menu drops so it aligns next to the page title ‘basisvoedingspatroon’
Thank you π
lauradelaatParticipantDear Laura,
Thank you for these codes. Two of them work perfectly, only the top padding of the side menu does not work.
Is there something else I can do?
See here:

Thank you for your reply.
I’ve come quite far in building the website on my own and would like to keep on doing that π
There are a few questions were it might be possible to add a coding in the custom area?
1. Top Padding side menu
2. Right padding of the main menu
3. Adjust the hight of the footer
It would be already great if you could help me out with these points.
Thank you so much.

LauralauradelaatParticipantHi Cornel,
It were busy times at the Envato office so it took a few days, but your question came in the same hour as their solution π
I’m lucky, it will be fixed and I will recieve a refund.
Thanks
Best regards,
Laura
lauradelaatParticipantDear Cornel,
Thank you for the offering, but I can do this myself, as I have done it before for the site biowash.nl. That won’t safe me π
I already have all the install files for the kleo theme. So maybe you can give me a license extra for kleo and disable the one I bought for Sweet date?
Or you can note down in your administration that I bought two licenses and will not use the Sweet date but only two times Kleo?I guess there must be something you can do?
Thank you π
Best regards,
