You can rearrange those fields in WordPress Admin > Users > Profile Fields.
Just move the fields up and down like you want them to appear on your site.leuksteParticipantI solved it myself. Yesterday I changed the status of this topic accordantly.
Thanks.leuksteParticipantleuksteParticipantWhich vital information do you mean?
Because S2Member hasn’t got any issues with other themes, I didn’t expect that this would be the case with Sweetdate.
Besides that, this styling issue already exists since march 2015 with some Kleo customers.https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/user-profile-field-names-on-new-lineparagraph
But thanks for looking into it.
leuksteParticipantleuksteParticipantThanks for the message, Andrei.
Because of the layout/styling issue’s with the S2Member Pro profile fields, I’ve decided to use Buddypress profile fields. That’s why there aren’t issues visible. If there’s a solution for this problem with S2Member Pro, please let me know, because I prefer to use the S2Member fields instead of the Buddypress fields.
Thanks for looking into it!
leuksteParticipantWow, incredible! Many, many thanks for this fantastic service! One happy customer over here… 😉
Cheers!
leuksteParticipantThe file class-bp-tabs.php is working perfectly for displaying empty profile fields.
Could you point me in the direction how achieve the same functionality for the tabs? I’m looking for a way to display the tabs next to the profile photo, even when the fields of a tab are empty. Thanks for your time!
leuksteParticipantThanks for your message. Do you mean I must use the file in this thread, because your link is pointing to this thread?
leuksteParticipantleuksteParticipantYou can change select the transparency for profile header elements in Sweetdate > Buddypress (at the bottom).
leuksteParticipantHi, Radu,
No problem and thanks for the new file!
It’s working perfect viewing the profile fields, exactly what I was looking for!
But, it’s a pity that the empty tabs aren’t displayed, so the member sees there are more profile field groups to fill out without going into edit mode. Could that be possible? And would it be possible to have the same behaviour in the tabs next to the profile photo?
I personally think that this behaviour would improve the member page enormously.
Thanks!
leuksteParticipantThanks for your message, Andrei, but I think your reply was meant for my other topic about displaying profile fields without values?
https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/display-profile-fields-even-when-theyre-empy
leuksteParticipantThanks for the file, Radu!
But I guess the attached filed must be renamed to profile-loop.php, becasue that directory has no message-loop.php?
After renaming and replacing the existing file with the attached file nothing changed besides that viewing the profile now displays: “Sorry, no messages were found”…leuksteParticipantI’m experiencing the same issue on the member page in settings.
The user photo and tabs next to it are also populated under the profile header.leuksteParticipantThanks for the modification, Radu. Much appreciated!
Unfortunately, replacing the original file with the modification doesn’t result in any different behaviour of the profile tabs…Any thoughts how that could be possible?
Thanks!
leuksteParticipantThanks for your message, Radu!
Disabling S2Member does make the profile fields disappear totally.
However, editing the profile fields results in normal formatted dropdown boxes. Please see the attached image. It seems that some (css) styling is causing the layout issue’s. But that doesn’t explain why those profile fields aren’t visible in the tab ‘About me’ next to the profile photo.
Thanks!

leuksteParticipantThat’s a bummer to hear. I purchased Sweetdate because S2Member was often advised as a alternative for Paid Members Pro.
Is the incompatibly regarding the profile field code or more of a styling kind? Thanks for looking into it.
leuksteParticipantleuksteParticipantOeps, something went wrong with the attachment…

Below two screenshots, to clarify (a part) of the problem. First screenshot is of Sweet Date and the second one of a other theme.Attachments:

Thanks in advance, Laura! -
