No, the plugin DOES NOT WORK with the NON-CHILD theme. The only way the plugin works is WITHOUT this theme. Was there a theme update or why is the plugin working on your theme, but not mine.
It doesn’t work with my non-child theme either. This is really frustrating since it works with other themes. Can you give anymore support? This is pretty crappy.
I did check and the popup works fine in the default theme. Please advise. We need this popup to work.
If I change themes to Twenty Sixteen and then change back will I loose any data? Also, how do I see if there is an error? I am not sure how the Popup people got this error.
The plugin is Ninja Popup. Please let me know if you need anything further. I didn’t understand your other comments but I need this resolved.
No, I want a different logo to be there because we are using a longer logo as our header. I redid the password so the credentials should work now.
