ParticipantYeah, I know. With the popularity and support of your theme I figured it might of been brought up in your forums first. I’ll reach out to them. Thanks.

ParticipantRight now, if someone has a lot of text in there BuddyPress update and they add images too, the images don’t show up on the activity stream without a user needing to click “read more.” I was hoping there might be a way to have media uploaded via RTMedia to show up at the top of someones post vs at the bottom of a post.

ParticipantI believe I figured it out in your documentation under woocommerece. I did not set the image sizes properly. Either way, please take a look and let me know if I’m missing something. Thanks.

ParticipantAs I’ve said before, we have all those installed. We are going to try to switch to a cloud storage server this evening. Thanks for your attempt at resolving this issue.
Is the issue with RTMedia permanent or something that happened in a recent update? You shouldn’t pre-package a plugin that doesn’t even work with your theme on a VPS server, just my opinion.morningtide
ParticipantYes, it’s not bad when traffic is very low on the site. But during peak hours the site overloads the vps server. Even during low hours the site runs very poorly according to Google Speedtest and GTmetrix (see screenshots).
Is there anything else I can do?
Also, I am unclear on what you are saying about RTmedia? It is slow recently? Was it always this slow?
Thank you.
