I’ve tested this on a standard wordpress and theme install and with the default values I get the same results as in your screenshot.

Can you try it with the settings as per the screenshot in the attachment below? This should replicate my original results in showing no formatting at all.

Also no matter what combination I try I can’t get an icon to show in the box – I’m assuming the Style – Solid Icon should provide an icon?

If it works for you then I have an issue with my server setup somewhere.
