Yep fixed it, it was rouge code.

OK this code worked when I pasted in main functions.php not child. Could rouge code be causing this issue to not pick up?

Is this calling the correct section?

Because if I edit the MAIN functions.php the changes work, however if I edit the child theme one, with the full code, it does not work.

I added the administration code with perfect results, did just what I wanted, I was wondering if this code can be adapted to hide users/members without a paid membership? Which is a good feature for sites that have paid memberships for showing profiles.

Thank you for the plugin to show member, however is does not show members like the members page I was referring to, it shows them as a list and includes non-paid members too. I want to have the same layout as the members section only showing paid members (ones in the directory). Please.

Perhaps a way that keeps the link to the profile but hides all info (except profile photo) with content saying this member is not yet paid.

Or a check If no membership then redirect to a set page?

Thank you for the comment, unfortunately text on a image does not get picked up for seo, so really need the text to be added in the code.

The issue was a plugin called link juice keeper!!! All OK now.

I believe its an issue my end. sites with jquery loading images in my FF just vanish after loading. Maybe reinstall FF,
