Would you just replace the whole database or would you be able to fix that one user “sweetadmin” and his entries?

Here is a one week old backup before i deleted the user:

I made many changes e.g. translating the whole website many hours with loco translate and these changes would be lost if we restore the whole backup from one week ago, right?
If that is possible I would be very happy if you can do that for me.

Security has to be set to TLS and Port 21.You also have access to my WordPress Account, which i wrote to you in the first message.
