rmedia105Participant
don’t do it…… its all bull, its a scam, when you upload it doesn’t show the members like it should because this system doesn’t support that, it completely sucks, at the end, your shit our of cash and its not compatible for this system….
Its 2 good to be true… because its better being false… I’d name the companies but I wont, if a company offers that, may it be mind over impulse and stay away from that nonsense…
rmedia105ParticipantOK, well the plugin details you sent is working, but it sucks…. Not happy with that plug in… but thanks though…
I will reopen my alternative question in another post…
rmedia105ParticipantAlso, the plug in you mailed me the link did not upload in word press.
Please answer my question from post 31. Really need help…
rmedia105ParticipantThat’s cool but I am buying some profiles from a different vendor. They will be giving me files and stuff.
With that in mind, are there any instructions that can be given for uploading these profiles from a foreign vendor? Again they will be emailing me files in a folder, so where do put them, in which folder on my server, which code in which file on the server?
Please advise on the installation instructions I need. Look forward to your reply. Happy New Year =)
rmedia105Participantand now after I did some things in PM Pro settings I am getting this error:
This page can’t be displayed
Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://lovetohookup.us again. If this error persists, contact your site administrator.
Need some help here
rmedia105ParticipantOk, well, I was able to fix that because I did not set up a page for woo commerce and paid membership pro. When I did that, I was able to get a page that prompts you to pay just like I wanted.
Now I have another problem. When I select to make a payment for membership, I get the following error page:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to lovetohookup.us. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. Is there a reason why I am getting this? Shouldn’t I have been directed to paypal after I select make a payment? What do I have to do?
Help please.
December 29, 2015 at 01:56 in reply to: Change real names to user names on member search. How do I? #95520rmedia105ParticipantI guess that will have to do =)
Thanksrmedia105ParticipantYou know, I was thinking.
The dull blue ain’t so bad with this image I have on it…No bother..
rmedia105ParticipantThank you! When I am ready to put the code in , I’ll follow those instructions.
December 27, 2015 at 05:40 in reply to: Change real names to user names on member search. How do I? #95331rmedia105ParticipantUmmm I did not understand.
Where do I make the change? Please provide some instructions for that.
I do not want the default of showing the person’s real name. I want it to show the user name instead.
I’m hoping that it is some where on the admin panel.
Please help and I hope your holidays were great =)
December 23, 2015 at 22:35 in reply to: How to make a terms of service page as part of registration requirements #95137rmedia105ParticipantThank you!!!
rmedia105ParticipantWell that worked! It shows in the member count, but no longer visible on members search.
Thanks!
rmedia105ParticipantI got the login back after a reinstall.
Please help. Is there any other way to hide the admin from showing up on member search?
This ones’s a toughie… please help!! =)
rmedia105ParticipantWell………….I had to delete every file on my server regarding this.
I reinstalled word press, resinstalled sweet date, and then I cried, and then and only then did the error go away…
Thanks =)
rmedia105ParticipantI erased the code as the result made my website inaccessible and giving a server error when I placed the in.
I don’t know if a freelancer can make a code for a software he did not make, I’m not sure about that, moreover, I bought software under the impression that you did not need a freelancer, if not I would not have bought it.
I am still having an issue. Please help However, it cant be resolved until I am able to login which I am not able to do per your advice from a previous post.
I appreciate you reaching out to help, but I am still having issues with this software.
rmedia105ParticipantNo. There is not. I did what you instructed. I went to sweetdate, buddy press, and went to the section where the search bar text is located, I changed the text, pressed save, then I got this error when I pressed the save button: Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/24/5963424/html/lovetohookup/wp-content/themes/sweetdate-child/functions.php:19) in /home/content/24/5963424/html/lovetohookup/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1228
Then when I logged out and logged back in, I was not able to access the login when I tried to access the admin panel by typing in my site and typing in /wp-admin.
Please help un do this.
I bought this software and I almost got it to work but after installing there have been a lot of errors I am not happy about.
rmedia105ParticipantAlso, ever since I did that, when I do a search from the home page, I get this error on the top of the site page now:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/24/5963424/html/lovetohookup/wp-content/themes/sweetdate-child/functions.php:19) in /home/content/24/5963424/html/lovetohookup/wp-content/themes/sweetdate/custom_buddypress/kleo-bp-search.php on line 595
Bear in mind, because of another issue I was trying to resolve, I am not able to go in to my admin panel.
Please help.
rmedia105ParticipantI was able to change it, but when I saved it, I got this error: Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/24/5963424/html/lovetohookup/wp-content/themes/sweetdate-child/functions.php:19) in /home/content/24/5963424/html/lovetohookup/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1228
but it changed it nonetheless. However, now when I try to login to my admin, I get this error page:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/24/5963424/html/lovetohookup/wp-content/themes/sweetdate-child/functions.php:19) in /home/content/24/5963424/html/lovetohookup/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1228
And now I can not login to my admin.
Please help.
rmedia105ParticipantI copied and pasted that code in the instructed place and it gave a error page on the site when you access.
Please help. Still having issue.
December 18, 2015 at 11:02 in reply to: “sorry no members found” message generated from home page search: why? #94049rmedia105ParticipantOk, I made another test registration with the opposite gender and that solved the problem. It seems that because there were actually no members on the gender side, that is why I got that message but not any more!
Thanks!
rmedia105ParticipantOK, so after I wrote the last post, I worked on another issue, which was stopping the logo upload, and that solution was to disable the Revolution Slider plugin.
It turns out, after I uninstalled that Revolution Slider plugin the error message was no longer showing up and it shows members now.
Thanks and problem solved!
rmedia105ParticipantThank you very much! I decided to uninstall each plugin one by one as suggested, after each one, I uploaded the logo.
To my luck and surprise, the problem was solved after I uninstalled a plug called: Revolution Slider, which was the first plugin I decided to uninstall and there was need to go down the list after that.
Problem solved, logo up; thanks again!
rmedia105ParticipantBy your last post I was under the impression that you meant:
change ini.php file to memory_limit 128M; – And I did, and it still does not work.
Please help. I need to know what next steps to take as I am still problems.
rmedia105ParticipantI am still having the problem although I did every step in the link provided.
I contacted my hosting company and they said it has been updated to 64MB and it is still requiring more memory.
Is there anything you can do?
Please help it is still not working.
rmedia105ParticipantHi, thank you so much!
The test registration worked, I installed the plugin like you said, and the test email and activation email were successful.
rmedia105ParticipantHi! Please see attached screen shot of error message in question.
Attachments:
You must be logged in to view attached files.rmedia105ParticipantI cant find it. I went to settings, buddy press, and on buddy press in the settings, I press the pages tab and I don’t see that neither on the settings tab of settings>buddy press>…
Please help I have the same problem.
Thanks.
