1 – Have you disabled debugging? ‘
I have not done such before

2 – Have you looked for plugins conflicts?
I have checked but can not fine which is conflicting with things.

3 – Do you have custom code in your child theme?
No, since installed after purchase, it has not been tempered with.

I cant help you any further until you verify/answer those questions.
