1. Ticket number: 180510. Is now responsive on my tablet, I obviously left the slider without saving the settings, that’s why it didn’t work. It has now been resolved
2. Ticket number:181715. Been needing help with the Advanced search element since 2nd December, not resolved.

2. How do I reduce the size of the footer, the only choice I have in the Widget area is recent post and comments? I modified both but it made no difference, not resolvedHow do I remove the borders I have highlighted in my screenshot?

Also, the website is not responsive on a physical tablet, I mentioned this weeks ago.I followed your instructions back then and it made no difference.
The advanced search does not work either, I have also mentioned this to Laura.

This is so frustrating.
1. Ticket number: 180510. The theme is not responsive on a physical tablet, looks nothing like the tablet mode online. Ticket was opened 21st November 2017, not resolved.

Hi Laura
Please make a video so I can see exactly what needs to be done.
If I can’t get everything finished within the next day or so, I will need a refund. There are many more issues, it all seems impossible.
All the difficulty I have been having should have taken hours not weeks to resolve. The website should have been completed weeks before Christmas to reach the market.
There needs to be a better support system, i.e. live chat so issues can be dealt with more quickly.

Yes, I guessed that I would have to replace the grey image, the problem is I can’t of where it is on the website? It’s that small I don’t know what I am looking for. Can you please send me a screenshot of where it is on the website?
Also, How can I edit the footer, I need to remove the ugly image border? I have so many other requests I possibly will have to create another ticket.
Please don’t forget the font in the city input search box it should not be white.
