Yes it is. There’s so many issues at the minute, I’m trying to improve the performance.

There are no security system on the 7thqueen.newfriends2go site. Uou must have been trying to access the main site

Please see the screenshot taken from this tablet, notice the favicon which is the desktop one and not the tablet one, its the same on my daughter’s Mac book and iPad. The favicon for these devices are different to the desktop one.
The appearance of my website keeps changing, its not consistent.

Please give me a definite answer, soon is not an answer as I explained, my slider is not displaying properly as it stops displaying on my website and all devices on its own?
When exactly will 7th queen update the premium plugin Slider Revolution to the latest version on their server, since it has already been more than 7 days?

I have paid for a bundle which includes the premium plugin the revolutionary slider. It’s extremely disappointing that there is not an obvious way to update this plugin without the purchase code. I should not be expected to update my plugin by going into my file manager, delete and upload the plugin which requires a purchase code.
Having an out-of-date plugin is risking my website.

I don’t want to delete my slider I just want to make a few adjustments.
Also, I have noticed that the sliders only shows-up on Windows and Android but does not work on Macbook or an Ipads. My mobile settings in absolutely correct in the slider, you previously gave me the info.

There is no update link there for the Revolution Slider and obviously I don’t have a purchase code since the slider is part of my package.
The slider definitely needs to be updated, there is a red notice on the slider dashboard.
