Hi Laura I Have cleared the browser and cache so many times.

What custom changes are you referring too? The only changes I’ve made is add the colour hex code.

It seems the website format changes when there is an update and you have to reinstall the software, not really ideal.

I have also completely removed my website twice from my server over the weekend. Yesterday I started to rebuild for the final time as elements like the profile field was not working.

Seventhqueen gray background image is running the wrong protocol and is one of the reasons for causing the SSL problem. Where in the design is the gray image, so I can attempt to fix it?

I still cannot change the city font colour from white. Why is this so difficult to do?

I have downloaded the theme quite a few times now since it doesn’t seem to download correctly at times. Is there any way of updating the theme without uploading it?

Laura, i will not let anyone have direct access to the back end of my website because of a bad experience that meant I had to close down that site.

1. Please see the attached PDF documents. I got the information by going to my website then F12 and then console.

BuddyPress is extremely important to your theme. If I can’t get your theme to work with my SSL Certificate then I am going to have to ask for a refund. It’s the last thing I want, as I have spent a month trying to get things to work.

2. So many things are not working properly, Elementor, I can only edit in the mobile mode, the font colour editor is missing from the content tab, it was there before, now it’s under the Styles tab. When it comes to changing the font colour, you cannot highlight the font and you have to have the full text in one colour. You cannot have part of the text in a different colour.

3. Even though you request for content to be centred, it doesn’t work.

5. The City input box which is in the search box, the font is still white, I don’t want it to be white.

Thank you, I will give it a go. What about the font colour, Please take a look at the search box in your screenshot. The Age box, City and Country box fonts need to be changed from white, I keep asking, how do I do this?

Quick CSS is empty in styling options, what do you suggest?

The URL: staging.newfriends2go.com Your gray_pattern Gif image in the media file is causing website access problems. I have deleted the image but the website whynopadlock.com doesn’t recognise the image as being deleted. Your map was causing a similar problem, I downloaded it, re-named it and uploaded it.

The plugin is not appropriate, I have tried it, it’s for admin only. I want users who register on the site to be able to block abusive attacks themselves, this does not mean that abusive members are blocked from the site, only blocked from sending abusive messages to individuals. Blocking from the site is a different thing altogether. As an admin, I already have the power to remove people from the site.

Question 3 relates to question 2 there needs to be a button on each user’s profile so that abusive users can be blocked by another user.

Also, you asked me to send you a screenshot, which I did and you never acknowledged or dealt with my query, this was a bad experience. I had to go to someone else to help because you didn’t. I had to wait over a week to get things sorted.

Its a CSS issue, I successfully changed the registration font colour last week unfortunately, it didn’t change the search box input font colour including the drop-down age tabs etc… I need to be able to make those changes so I can see the information.

Regarding your video, are you saying that the search box and the registration box are columns because when I looked at Elementor before contacting you I could not find any place to change the dimensions?

Thank you for the code.

Radu, have you been able to look at my website on a physical tablet to be able to understand what I mean and see the problem I am talking about? The onscreen views don’t show the problems. The slider is missing off the physical tablet where it is visible on both the Elementor and customize view. The missing slider means that the registration box is covering a large part of the text on the home default page. If you are unable to look at an actual tablet please look again at my screenshots.

I am now worried about how the website will look on other devices, I will try a physical iPhone, iPad and Mac.

I have tried using the codes regarding the font colours. I believe there is some confusion. The placeholder fonts are absolutely fine. The issue is when you physically type text into the placeholder. The text is white and cannot be seen, I cannot find any place to change the text colour. Any ideas?

Going back to my website not being completely responsive, the issue is not with mobiles, it’s with tablets, did you take a look? I can’t have a website that looks like that on a tablet.

I really don’t want to cancel the service but I might have to because I find it difficult when all my issues are not addressed at the same time and then I spend a week reminding you about them. 48 hrs is the maximum time I should wait for every request on my support ticket to be answered.

Please answer my third issue.

Laura, I am wanting to have free membership forever on my site, but I don’t want a free member to have the complete functionality as a paid member.

How can I choose not to let any of my free members send first messages to people, I cannot see how I can change this, or are you saying that I can’t?

Regarding the logo, I should be able to justify it to either the left or the right. It doesn’t look right visually. Do you have the code to change the logo’s justification?

I am happy to do a remote access to you, but the time difference. I won’t give anyone access to my WordPress backend because I had to close down my website as it was being re-directed to pornography, it was embarrassing.

Laura, what’s happening with my other issues I sent to you along with the logo issue on the 16th November? It seems that you are only focussing on the logo issues and everything seems to be forgotten.

Just to remind you, I need to know how do I make it that free members:
• Can’t see who has looked at their profile
• Can receive and reply to messages, but
• Cannot send initial messages to other members
