Great news! I manage to get the right redirection for the lost password!! thank you for your advices.

Now I have another issue (let’s hope it will be the last one).
When I am on my profile page, above my icture there is written “update account” but when i click on it, I am redirected to a random contact page with a map.
A way to fix that?

Thanks to your advice I managed to redirect to a page we have created but this is a blank page. I guess there is a direct redirection to a lost password page; where people land and are able to change it on their own, just like in every website. Can you indicate me where to find it please?

Thank you, the loggin redirecting is working!
But we have another issue: when we lost the password, we are redirect on a 404 error page. This page URL is “http://www.ordiges.com/community/lost-password/” but we can’t find the page called “lost-password” nowhere, so it can’t be modified. Do you know how to fix that?
