ParticipantHi Catalin,
I haven’t done anything in the functions.php file in the child theme, as you can see its empty. I haven’t touched the functions file in the parent theme either?
Is there anything else you or anyone on your team can do to fix this as this is now getting critical?
Thank you.

ParticipantHi, sorry, it’s still not working?
1. If you login on the frontend with these details:
Username: FeelingLucky
Password: abc12342. Go to the profile page: http://kc.webcraftclients.co.nz/members/feelinglucky/
3. Click on the upgrade account button which is supposed to take you to http://kc.webcraftclients.co.nz/register/membership-levels/ you just get redirected to the homepage

ParticipantThanks for this, I’ve installed the plugin. Now I guess I need to sort out the email so that the automatic account activation email from Sweet Date doesn’t go out when the user registers – how to do that?
Kind regards,

ParticipantThanks for your reply. I’ve gone over all the settings many times and can’t see what it could be. I’ve attached the WP login details to this email if you are able to have a quick look and let me know if you see anything obvious it’d be much appreciated.
