We have not recently added any new plugins but did update the rtMedia plugin sometime in the past couple of days to version 3.8.18. I happened to notice the problem yesterday. Which does not mean there’s a link between the two.

There seems to be a Part B to this problem.

1) When a subscriber changes any of the extended profile fields of their profile (in the front end), their First Name, Last Name, Nickname, and Display Name disappear.

2) When a subscriber updates the Extended Profile Field “What is your Nationality?”, one of two things happens:

a) Their Last Name disappears + whatever they entered into this field replaces their First Name, Nickname and Display Name. Or,

b) Their First Name, Last Name, Nickname and Display Name disappear.

Please let me know if you would like me to point out specific subscribers where each scenario has occurred.
