Hi,
I was thinking it would be great to add the possibilities to either use wc vendor, easy digital downloads or dokan for a marketplace with of course the power of buddypress. I don’t how good the woocommerce is but for me it feels like there is better options, like those three options mentioned first. As well that works well with a transpact or escrow payment option.
Actually the more I check on those top mentioned. It seams that the best ones are actually WC Vendor and Easy Digital Downloads.
Paypal/Paypal Adaptive payments and Stripe/Stripe Adaptive payments should suffice quite good I think. They have addons for it.
I’m going to be using easy digital downloads too for my site as well as sensei due to the specific requirements I have. Would be great to see EDD fully integrated though it already looks good and send to behave nicely. I agree about the full Buddypress integration with it though that would allow you to see uploaded and downloads files on the users profile and reviews/ratings in the Buddypress activity stream.
yes, I think that would be a great idea with Easy Digital Download. This feels that is a more solid solution
