Normal that now it works, as I told you on the previous reply I’ve remove the Kleo Facebook integration (login/register, etc) and replaced it with a third party plugin, thats why.

OK, the problems is definetly a Kleo theme issue. I’ve deactivated the facebook integration and added a third party plugin called “Facebook Login” and works fine on mobile. So you tell me, cause I did all the things you told me and none of them worked.

On a test wordpress (clean instance):
Tested with hideMyAdmin & Kleo child (copied & pasted from Ofertas) deactivated – Works on mobile
Tested with hideMyAdmin & Kleo child (copied & pasted from Ofertas) activated – Works on mobile

On Ofertas wordpress or any other:
All plugin deactivated with Kleo-child – Don’t work on mobile (same behavior)

I’m running out of ideas. And still don’t know why works fine on desktop.

Well thats seems to be the country restriction that has the hosting to access /wp-admin/ (I don’t have any problems or errors when accessing to the admin panel whatsoever). Please tell me from what country are you accessing so I can allow it. Besides that, I don’t have right now any cache plugin activated. The performance options from the kleo theme panel are de-activated as well and finally the “define( ‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false );” line is added too.

I’ve re-tested the facebook login with this changes without any success on mobile.

Notice that I didn’t de-active the rest of the plugins now because that would left the page look broken till you can have time to actually take a look on it (with a weekend in between).

So, once the country block thing is sorted out you can disable them by yourself on the admin panel.

Note: The hosting is set to block the admin panel for diferent countries. If you can’t access at all just tell me from what country you are trying to access and I will unlock it for you.

PS: I have a clean wordpress, with just the theme, the hide admin plugin and custom login forms plugins if you want to do more intensive testing or change things without worries. Just let me know.

Hi,
A de-activate all plugins except a couple that are critic and by testing I know they are not the problem.
Another thing is that if you request the desktop version on the mobile browser, facebook login works fine again so the problem is with the mobile version of the web that is not delivering some js scripts I guess.

Update: I finally got an error in console related to the access_token. Any ideas?

The debug console on android chrome gives no errors either. I manage to get it “working” on another wordpress but despite that log the user in, it does on a new tab and keeps the page of the login form open on another. Not the expected beheviour.
When I get time to do more testing I’ll give you more details.

PS: I’ve hidden the facebook button by now on mobile.

Hi, I’ve got rid off all the console errors on login page, updated wordpress, Kleo and facebook login on mobile still not working. Just opens a bunch of tabs and redirects to the login page without login in after give crendentials on facebook page.
I’ve also tested with a clean wordpress and doesn’t work either. So some thing must be going on.
Just like on the first post. Desktop browsers works fine. Mobile browsers do not work.

Now I’m trying to debug remotely my android device to see if throws any console errors.

UPDATE: I think I’ve found what was giving me the problem. It wasn’t Kleo theme after all but make me thing though cause the plugin that was creating the problem and the theme were updated at same time.

In case someone else have the same problem, the plugin it’s called “HideMyWP” and gives problems with version greater than 1.1.021

Investigating I’ve found more issues related to the wordpress login after update. The function wp_login_url($redirect) doesn’t redirect anymore it’s gets override somehow and when I login always redirects me to the admin panel.

This is giving me serious problems. I really need a fix soon.

Hi.
Ok, this is weird, the wordpress located at https://abasedemusica.es/agenda/signin has start working after 3 days giving me that error. Now it doesn’t and nothing has change since a do not update or mess with it after open this ticket.
However other wordpress keeps giving me the problem (https://abasedemusica.es/coleccionismo/signin).

I looked at the generated (source) html document and I don’t find any “http” url but when I hit the facebook login a get the next console error:
Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://abasedemusica.es/coleccionismo/signin#’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint ‘http://abasedemusica.es/coleccionismo/’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Allowing mixed content just to try (obviously isn’t a solution) only changes the error to:
XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://abasedemusica.es/coleccionismo/. Response for preflight is invalid (redirect)
