I installed “envato toolkkit” plugin, but it makes me confused.

I put there Themeforest Username: adreampeter in the box of Your Envato Username
and put Themeforest API KEY: fo1oscb805xmt01xfkaam0lr160hnepv in the box of Your Envato API Key
Is that all for update kleo new version?
Do I have to put theme id? then How do I get theme id for my kleo.

Hi,

I installed the theme in August 2015 with the help of Evato Theme Installation Service. Even back then there were some issues I was having with the website, but due to my lack of expertise, I just went ahead without resolving the issue.

Recently, when I inquired about the 2 issues I’m having with the website, the person that did the install said that I should reinstall the theme from scratch. I’m okay with that install service fee. And I do plan to ask for reinstall if necessary. But I want to keep all the page content and setting data that I’ve already worked on, and I want to also hear from you, as the theme developing expert, your opinion on what the problem is. I’m glad Laura was able to assign me ticket for the case.

Let me quickly summarize the two issues I’m having.

First: when I login to the site as a normal, regular user, I can’t add/create new blog posts. I also don’t see the Top menu bar either . When I disable Woocommerce plugin, the top menu bar appears but adding new blog posts is still not an option (No “+Add” button)

Second issue: When I open the site from mobile device, the theme does not open properly, but rather its features are broken. Only when I press on the “View Full Site” at the bottom of the page, the theme appears/displays as intended (So, on the mobile site, the theme does not display properly). Laura said this was unusual, and I want the theme to display the theme properly on mobile and web always, and I need your help to resolve this. I will attach photos as evidence of what I’m talking about.

Actually, I received wordpress and theme installation service from Evato in August. I asked the person who installed for me about the issues I’m having, and received the following response. I wanted to ask you what you think about his response first before I go ahead and do anything. Do you think there’s anything that I can do to fix these or do you think it’s more helpful to get support for all of these?

1) Unfortunately, it is very difficult to dive into these issues you are having with very little assistance from the developers of the theme. 2) I would for starters ask that you consider re-installing the theme from scratch as this way we can see if any issues comes up during the installation process. 3) However, back in August, you reported an issue with the SSL https:// connection. Do you still need assistance with this issue or is it now resolved? 4) Responsive device issues should be dealt with by the theme developers as these are related to functionality issues and you should get direct support from theme developers for this type of issues.

I did not install any mobile responsive plugin, and I am also not using any cache. I sent the wowsasase.org link by text message to more people and the result was the same. When they first open, they see the website as in omg 4996.png. Only when they click “View Full site” button at the bottom of the page, they can see the website properly like in omg 4997.png style.

It would be great if you could take a look at the plugin setting on my website using the admin login info ( Id: adreampeter@hotmail.com/ password: SSilba333), and see if there’s anything wrong you can find on the plugin setting list.

I also wonder if it has something to do with another problem that I’m having with the website. When I login as a regular user (not as admin), the top menu bar (which has wordpress logo, site name, “+New” button, “edit page” button, etc) does not appear as it should (it doesn’t show up at all). So, regular users cannot make/add new blog postings currently. (By the way, you can try logging in as a regular user with ID: peter and PW: 1111).

After I tried deactivating all the plugins and turning back on each plugin one at a time, I found out that when I deactivate the “Woocomerce” plugin, the top menu bar appears for the regular user account. But even then, only the wordpress logo and site name show up, and the “+new+ button (for posting new posts) still does not appear. And when I re-activate the woo commerce plugin, the top menu bar for the regular user disappears again. I tried looking at the woocomerce plugin setting, but still couldn’t figure anything out.

So I tried solving the problem on my own by changing the theme, but the result was the same. And now I’m wondering if I need to re-install wordpress, or if i need to request for theme reinstall service with the current data…

Hi,
I attached 2 capture screen files.

When I text someone wowsasase.org on mobile phone, and they open the link, what they see on their phone is like img_4996 (attached to my first email). If you compare it to img_4995, you will see that img_4996 is more basic, primitive, wordpress-look, whereas img_4995 is more developed with all the features I added in correctly displaying (rather than img_4996’s basic, not-properly-displaying look).

Anyway, when someone clicks on the woowsasase.org on their mobile phone, it takes them to the basic, img_4996 “mobile site,” and at the bottom of the page, there’s a button that says “View Full Site”. And when I click on view full site, it takes me to img_4995, the properly displaying website.

What I need your help with is… can you make it so that when someone clicks on wowsasase.org on their mobile phone, it will take them straight to the “Full site” rather than the mobile site. OR, if that’s not possible, can you make it so that the mobile site also displays all the features properly like it should (as in img_4995)?

I found it is from plugin woocomerce. When I deactive it top bar show on the top. It still not include +new button. Just show wordpress logo and title of the page on the left, Howdy info on the right only.

Hi, its is interestion now.
When I logged out, footer spread out.
I didnt do anything, just try changed site width from 1440 to wide and retrun to box.
Can I wait a little more time for affect change ?

I tried fix pages several times but I think I failed.
I am thinking to get start it again as like first time.. Apperance> Kleo demo data > import > specific page > home get connected
but I found your comment “Don’t do the import twice since it will duplicate all your content.”
Please let me know how to avoid problem before import.

It lost pointing again. I just did some for adjusting back ground picture..
I tried move particle part up, down, delete and creat again, but not fix it.
I am thinking delete page and import demo again but you guys said on document dont do that, it might be duplicate all some.

Good news is no more 404 pages on my site.
I dont know what made 404pages and what made solve it.
Anyway it fixed. good news.

Bad news is theme options function is not working well.
Some works(site layout), but the other thing is not works(font size, font color etc)
It makes me frustrated much.

I think you know already what I got problem.
I think it might not bug, just setting issue.
Please let me set it right way and fix it.

I did not tested all of theme options on the dashboard.
But first of all,
I can not change styling options> header, font color, font size, back ground color etc.

For example, I created side bar and put widget on it, named forums.
I tried put it on forums page>edit page… but it is not affected.

I am impressed with your reply. thanks for your concern with my issue.

After submit like above, I found issue #1 and #2 is resolved. What I did is just deactive and <active> of 2 plugin (bbPress Enable TinyMCE Visual Tab, Regenerate Thumbnails on my plugin folder )
I think It might be plugin.. I do not know exactly (: Hmm…..

Now, I will try to fix issue #3,#4 by myself first by sunday.
(I will also look at SSL side setting for prevent kind of #1,#2 issue)

If I fail to fix #3,#4 it will be My kleo bug.
It looks weird. It is not working at all.

I will post the result of my trial on here at sunday night.
Depends on my trial, I might needed reintall service of Kleo Theme or wordpress.

Hi,

I have to say first, I purchased intall services around 1 weeks ago.
Mr.Radu cared my site and set it all at that time include checked all plugin and activating BuddyPress reCAPTCHA with him.
My site looks working well at that time. I said thanks him.

and then I purchased SSL certification from godaddy. Just from that time, I got start see 404 pages around site.
I asked to godaddy about my issue and got answer from them like this as you know,

“The error you are receiving is caused by the way your site has been designed. You have a combination of secure and non-secure objects on the page. For example, if your secure website was https://www.domain.tld and you added an object (an image, script, flash file, etc.) to that page that was located at http://www.domain.tld/image.jpg, you would break the seal.

You will need to change your design to link to objects using https (ie https://www.domain.tld/image.jpg) or modify your site design to use relative paths (/image.jpg).

This error can only be corrected by modifying your site design. Please contact your web designer or the manufacturer of your web design software if you require additional assistance modifying your site design.

Now… Here is problem.

1. There is still 404 error on shop cart.( I did not do anything I remember )

if was no problem before set SSL

3. I can not change font color of the header menu. You can see it white color menu on my site header. I couldnt changed even sevral try. Is not it ok, theme option>styling option >text color change ? I think I did it. but not affected.

4. Same issue like #3. I can not change side bar on https://wowsasase.org/forums/
I created sidebar name ‘forum’ on appreance>sidebar,and then add widget,assign it on pages>forums>sidebar, but it is not affected.

I see what you saying Kleo theme is fully compatible with ssl. I believe so.
I purchased setup services already in weeks ago. I am still willing to pay more if you think needed.
Just LET ME KNOW WHAT MAKES PROBLEM, and how to fix it. Please.
