I was hoping you can just give another codes that I can try.
I am searching this site. Maybe there are some clues somewhere but I could not see them.
In your guide about updating, it is written:
1. Automatic updates:
– Go to WP admin – Theme options – Theme Update
– Enter Themeforest username and API KEY
– Save the options
– Go to WP admin – Dashboard (link should be like: /wp-admin/update-core.php) and you should see the theme there if there is a new update available
– Click the checkbox next to it and click to Update themesI can’t find theme options > theme update. I saw this once but it is not showing up anymore.
Sorry mate. It is working but the process got changed. Confused by the fact the the new password button is clickable although it does not work on my site at least ( I don’t know for others. To change password just generate a new password or input a new one into the Right Side text box and click Update Profile or something. The password will change. I only tried it one time but it worked.
Changed to parent but still could not change password.
I put back the backup from Feb 1, 2016 when WP was only 4.4.1 or older that the current version. I still could not change password. So it means this problem has been there for so long most likely. I never found out about it because my site is still under construction up to now so I never had a chance to change password.
Another strange thing is that I tried again WP 2015 and I could no longer change password. Of course I could no longer recreate the exact condition when I tried it successfully the first time.
My site now runs on the latest WP with minimal plugins. Still can’t change password.
Is there a setting in WP that can disallow me to change password>
Yes the problem is in the WP Admin>Users.
Just to be sure, I will need to deactivate the child first before enabling the parent, right?
I activated WP 2015 theme and I could change passwords.
I reactivated Kleo child and now I have 3 warnings to update plugins and still could not change passwords. I have uninstalled all plugin other than those that come with Kleo — I think.

Thanks a lot. Just one more favour, how to change the limits to number of character instead of words words.
I changed the Group name of Whole Health to 01 Whole Earth, and set the Group Masonry setting to show Alphabetical, but the latest group created, which is Stop Diabetes Community, is still showing first in the Group activity on Front Page.
Thanks Radu and sorry for not being clear about the problem. What I meant is to hide Group’s description on the front page of Kleo. I just realized Buddypress refers to the Group’s page as Home page.
The problem now shows up in Firefox, Chrome and IE. There is no NavBar in my Samsung S4 smartphone.
I have have flushed dns cacher, purged cached from dashboard 30 or more times since last night and cleared cache from firefox but this shows up and replaced My Account bar once logged in firefox, chrome and IE

Even more weird now.
I ticked the main menu whose mark strangely disappeared.
I ticked the location top menu.Now the weird problem.
1. The blog menu is nowhere to be found in the menu configuration window. Firefox, Chrome and IE shows Blog as missing.
2. Firefox can show my site’s Community button at the nav bar and has breadcrumb down arrow symbol. The Community button is clickable that can show the 2 groups I created.
Chrome and IE do not show the breadcrumb symbol of down arrow and the Community button could not be clicked on.
